We defibrate any biomass materials such as thinned wood, pruned branches, and bamboo.
The unique screw shape (biaxial) enables continuous and quick defibration of any biomass materials such as thinned wood, pruned branches, bamboo and bark.
The defibrated (blasted) biomass material can be used for compost for greenery business, board materials for building material, mushroom beds, livestock litter, etc.
In case front and rear equipment such as conveyors and crushers are required, smooth connection is available.

    Biomass material can be defibrated continuously and quickly.

    A biaxial screw with high wear resistance manufactured by our original heat treatment technology continuously compresses and releases, and any biomass material can be defibrated. This machine is quiet even during operation, due to neither crushing nor grinding by a hammer or a crushing blade.

    Simple,compact and easy to maintain.

    Maintenance is easy due to a simple and compact machine. Machine with outdoor specification is also available that you can install anywhere. This machine is capable of processing by itself however, interlock amongst conveyors, primary crushers, and fixed-quantity feeders are also available.
