    High quality and precision roll dice

    We provide roll dies that can stably produce high-precision products such as radiator tubes by using the industry's top-level design, heat treatment and precision processing technologies. In addition, we shall support detailed needs such as various surface treatments and various materials upon request.

    A full support system is available.

    We have test machines for various shaft diameters in order to perform test runs to confirm the validity of the design after manufacturing roll dies. By performing in-house test run sufficiently, a smooth startup at customer's site is available. We also support overhaul work for cold roll forming machines made by competitors.
